About ME
About Me
Hello, my name is Shelley Warren,
For much of my life I was searching for answers.
Like many people, I found myself repeating patterns that I couldn’t fully understand – questioning myself, comparing myself to others, trying to fit in and often feeling as though I needed to become a better version of myself in order to move forward.
Over time I explored different healing approaches and personal development work, searching for something that could help me understand why these patterns existed and how they could truly change.
During this journey I also realised something important.
For a long time, I had been searching for someone or something to save or heal me, when what I really needed was the right support to help me unlock the answers I already held within.
This realisation was a turning point.
My path eventually led me to the Experiential Healing Method, developed by Duke Sayer.
What stood out to me about this work was that it wasn’t about analysing the past or trying to force positive thinking. Instead, it gently guided me to explore the emotional experiences stored within the body that were shaping how I saw myself and the world around me.
Through this process I began to understand that many of the behaviours I had judged in myself were actually protective patterns created earlier in life.
As those patterns began to soften and release, something unexpected happened.
I didn’t become someone new.
I simply rediscovered parts of myself that had always been there beneath the layers of protection.
Today I guide others through this same process using the Experiential Healing Method, which Duke has now entrusted me to continue sharing and teaching.
My work is centred around helping people understand the patterns that may be holding them back, reconnecting with their authentic self and moving forward in life with greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
One of the insights that often emerges during sessions is how much pressure we place on ourselves to be a certain way.
To be confident.
To be happy.
To be successful.
To be someone others will accept.
Without realising it, we can spend a lot of energy trying to become a version of ourselves that feels acceptable to others.
Over time, layers of behaviour build up – ways of being that were originally created to keep us safe.
Experiential Healing gently helps people recognise these protective patterns and reconnect with the person they were before they felt the need to become something else.
Because often, in order to be who we truly are, we first have to let go of who we are not.
With my Holistic and Spiritual Approach and deep knowledge of Reiki, Reflexology, Coaching, Experiential healing, and Energy work, I’m dedicated to helping you regain your confidence, embrace your uniqueness, and live a life filled with fulfilment, excitement and peace.

TESTIMONIALS

ANON
Shelley Warren I'd just like to personally thank you and say you've been a fantastic coach. Although I credit myself and my Inner Child for finally going into the only issue I hadn't dealt with across the 2 courses, during my process, you made me feel held and safe throughout and I think you're perfect for doing this work!
